Terms of our service to you:

  1. This service is intended only for older adults over 65.

  2. US customers and phone numbers only.

  3. Change or Cancel your service at any time.

  4. Billing is monthly in advance to your credit card.

  5. Upon cancellation, service continues for remainder of 30-day period. No refunds.

  6. All payments are processed via our secure web provider, Wix Payments.

  7. “Hi, Ed!” is a social experience, not an emergency or medical service. If we suspect during a call that your safety is at risk, we will advise you to hang up and dial 911 and we will alert your care circle provided during Sign Up.

  8. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
